Would be cool if the first days there would be panic, people plundering stores etc, people shoots eachother (even you) in the first days then it slowly becoming quiet and bandits are a threat

so definitely in that realm 🙂

i like the idea of seeing randoms trying to ransack places and isnt scripted

like STALKER AI that roam in groups

i know theyre planning on roaming bandits

quests and NPC arent out of the question and plans for them on roadmap
the world already has a ton of untapped lore

the AI they have for animals is...ok right now, everything hunts the rabbit tho
