I did lose a bunch of saved games and they are in the saved games file but not showing up on start up. When I save a game now, I can click on "load" for the save but it takes me to a new game start up (where you create your character). This is only since the update. I also noticed that the item menu is very dim on some of the new games I've started in the past few days.
I have moved the game from one drive to another with no change to how the game is reacting. I've attached my "vein.log" file as per someone's suggestion. I really like this game and would like to play but without saves, it seems pointless.

Have you moved your save game out of the game installation path and placed it under the .config path instead?
The patch notes mention moving the save files but they don't move on dedicated hosts, you'll need to adjust this manually in my experience helping others so far
Are you running a dedicated instance?
