As the title indicates. Changelog noted problem of zombies immediately spawning in a POI just cleared being fixed. It isn't.
Cleared the fire department in Redford. Ran across the street to see if I could find the one piece of wood needed to build the utility cabinet. (No heavy cutting tool in sight.) Came back across the street and at least ten zombies had taken up residence in the span of a minute. Interior was ruined.

As noted. The span of a minute. Crossed the road to check the tool chests in an outbuilding. Came back, at least ten zombies in the cleared POI.
