I dont have access to the server, but I will see if I can get the owner to send it or put it in here. It only happens on multiplayer and when it happens, if I re-enter the server its all good again.

I've also been seeing this happen with boxes, sometimes it's a door you can't interact with. Relogging fixes it. Multiplayer issue since patch
