anyone have this issue? I loaded in my game after a day of not playing and my stress bar is MAXED. 5 anti depressants did nothing really. sleeping dropped it to 40. by the time i thawed an MRE in the microwave I was back up to 73%. Friend has same issue in my server. never dealt with stress this bad.

if you have any TV's playing anything other than the movie discs you find in game those will contribute to your stress level. Basically any URL or your own file will be the same as watching the emergency broadcast which causes increase stress. Watching the found discs will lower your stress, albeit slowly
also reading books and some other things should help to lower stress and as you mentioned, sleep is probably the best way

i read everything and just slept. washed my clothes. (they were under 30% dirty)
but i had no idea about the tvs! i have a couple security cams going. and was also getting rick rolled by my server buddy lmao

ah, i'm not sure about the cameras to be honest... maybe it's worth a test to see if when they are off if there is any improvement

No worries... it could be a bug, honestly I feel anything played on the TV should lower stress

quick update, stress goes up with rick roll URL as you said. stress did not change when staring at security cameras.
