I don't know if its because its not in the game, but just out of curiosity I click on vehicle spawn and spawned in a bicycle and it dropped from the sky, hitting my van, destroyed the van, then destroyed the bicycle, so I spawned in another one staying away from the vehicle and it dropped from the sky and busted the tires off again, then it proceeded to bounce around towards my base making it over to my wall destroying two fences then went on destroying my box truck, my tractor my sports car and my go carts, pretty much destroying everything it bumped into, and there was nothing I could see to be able to get rid of the bike, all I could do is kinda push it out and across the street and let it just continue to bounce around and probably destroying poi's around the map, but lesson learned don't try and spawn anything in the game just to check it out :p
