have it where disabled vehicles that are not within a UC area start a decay timer and then de-spawns to be respawned later with the furniture respawn setting.

I have loot and furniture respawn turned off on the server.
If I delete a car - on restart it will be back in its original location and not destroyed forever.
I've never spawned a vehicle, so idk if this is true for those - I would think it's only those that originate on the map.

Oh I thought the cars where on the same respawn as furniture so that's even better they are a separate respawn. But still think disabled cars/ non functional cars should despawn after some time. It would help servers not be cluttered with a bunch of broken down cars all over the map.
