Set up my base at the house in the picture (West of Calico farm) and most of the time after spending some time away, all the lights are out. They are switched to on but the lights are out. A quicksave and then quickload seems to fix it for a time.

An annoying bug. But also it reminds you to save (and then load) when you just returned to your base.
