Not sure when it appeared, but it won't go away. Doesn't show up when I'm outside of the car. The artifact/model of the axe doesn't seem to bounce or collide with anything, it appears to be strictly visual. The model/artifact follows me in any car I drive. It's always in the exact some position/location/distance behind the car. Bug persists through opening/closing the game.
