Just as the title says, I had frozen water in a bottle, so I put it on a stove with a cooking pot and selected boiled water. It went through the motions of boiling it but when I put the resultant liquid into the bottle (after emptying the remaining frozen water) it was still frozen.
#Boiling frozen water does not unfreeze it.
