Upgradeable walls

Instead of having to destroy all the walls (and the things attached to them. It would be nice to be able to, as long as you have the material in your inventory, upgrade the currently placed walls around you one tier at a time.

It's just a pain having to make a base at an early level, then completely destroy it to rebuild it with a stronger material.

like how satisfactory does it. mkI miner can be upgraded to mkII miner if you have the stuff in your inventory. but it reuses parts from the previous version and just charges the difference.
