They should and pipes that we can eather craft or find to connect fueled together. They can also add pumps that you would have to add. The pumps could also be different tiers one where it a hand pump then different electric pumps. They could also make it where you have to take care of the pipes if you don't then the fluid çould leak out on the ground (if it goes above ground) and make a puddle, if it is any type of fuel the it should be able to be set on fire. They could add garden hoses that can be for gardening or to connect fluid together that is close. Then they could add a tanker. The tanker could store a lot of fuild and you can drain the fluid to a jarycan or connect a hose then pump it somewhere. Then for the gas pretty much the same thing but it the gas leaks the it could explode or make people light headed then to unconscious and slowly killing them it could work like the coal feams in caves.
