first install - the default graphic setting is "high" preset and it looks fine.
After changing graphic setting to "low" preset . the ground texture and TVscreen texture rendered as low-res.
so i change the graphic setting back to "high" preset, still look same with low-res texture.
i tried to uninstalled and installing it back. but it wont fixed the texture issue.

Did you ever manage to fix this? @cedar estuary
No, i cant find a way to fix that. Still assuming it is on my gpu limitation.
Hmm
How about your texture? @grim orchid
Still no dice
My guess is an optimization issue?
Have you managed to find what causing this? There is new hotfix updated. Havent checked it yet anyway.
Still no unfortunately. Haven't checked the hot fix yet. My current guess is the auto detection isn't working correctly.
Ah , i did remember i use auto detection also, before i change it manually. What is your pc/laptop specs ?
Im running a budget but competent laptop. Rtx 3050 ti and like 28 gb of ram. Plays most things fine on ultra thats why im thinking auto detect might be using higher specs for the benchmark.
Like other textures look completely fine its just the terrain for me that looks washed out and soupy
How about tv broadcast text? Does it happen to look like pixelated?
Interesting, It looks like Your specs shouldnt be a problem. Because mine is old gpu gtx1650, there is nothing to compare. What makes me wondering is.. it was working fine with texture(except the fps) until i adjusted the settings, and it is now lol
Yeah! They are pixellated! But the night of the living dead plays completely fine
Yeah, same happened to me as well.. hoping it is not my old gpu issue hhaa.
I checked the roadmap and weekly news, it is been said they are working with the foliage. I have no idea if thats the one causing this. Hopefully the dev are reading this tho
Here's hoping. Its still very early development so I think it'll be ok
Update. Textures are still bugged but im seeing a pretty significant increase in frames
Bumping up foliage textures helped hide the buggy grass. Everything else is kinda iffy still tho
I see.. which means increasing the foliage to cover the pixelated ground texture ,isn it?
