My Big & Small Suggestions

• "Packed" Ladder: to use for various situation
• Map Direction: too hard to drive and press M to see the way. Cell Phone should help direct the location while driving. This will help much
• Update more cars. Electric car/bike and charging station will give player more option.
• More air conditioner, advanced fan and movable / Fireplace,...: Control temp in player's house effectively
• Skill Clothing (or other skill same):

• Basic: Sewing low quality clothes for condition
• Advanced: High quality clothes like armor, jacket, boots
• Expert: Create, upgrade clothes like more thick, thin, armor, etc...

You can find and equip a ||compass || or a ||GPS tracker|| which helps navigating with cardinal directions.

• Movable Storage with items in it. Some kind of storage will have this. Help player transferring lots of stuff from their car
