In single player just hit F5 and after the save is done hit F8

In Multiplayer a relog may fix this

Sometimes on the big white truck your weapons on your back are floating ~ 20m behind the car

I also have this issue in multiplayer except my surpressor ends up right in the middleof my crosshair V. distracting haha. Play exclusively in multiplayer, can confirm logging out and back in again fixes the issue.
