Hey there!
I’d like to share a few feature ideas that could really enhance server management, event creation, and overall player experience for both admins and the community.

🛠️ Admin Tools & Quality-of-Life Features

Dry Mode / Protected Equipment:
Allow admins to spawn or use key items (like cell phones) that don’t get wet or damaged — or add a “no wetness” toggle when in God/DM Mode.
(Especially helpful when teleporting and spawning underwater or under the map.)

Admin Utility Items:
Add tools like an Admin Hammer that instantly breaks or removes structures on hit — a faster alternative to using the admin menu.
Having a few admin-only spawnable items would also help with testing and moderation tasks.

Quick Admin Panel:
A simplified in-game panel or radial menu for instant commands like:

Teleport to players or coordinates

Toggle PvP/PvE per player or per zone(will be understandable once read more down)

Quickly repair or clear nearby structures
This would save time during live events or issue handling.

💬 Server Communication

Message of the Day (MOTD):
Add a customizable message that appears when players join — perfect for server rules, event notices, or important updates.

Custom Join Messages:
Optionally, show personalized welcome messages (e.g., “Welcome back, SurvivorName — Day 42 in the wasteland”).

🧱 Moderation & Permissions

Dedicated Moderator Role:
A built-in Moderator permission tier that allows:

Structure removal(let us see who build certain items, and maybe let us delete all the items by the said player, that reduces time to search for more of their uc's they mass placed as trollings...)

Player mute, kick, or temporary bans

Issue resolution without full admin power
Ideally, let server owners customize permissions per role — allowing flexible setups for admins, mods, and event staff.

Player Notes/Warnings System:
Let staff attach private notes to players (visible only to admins/mods) to help track issues or rule violations.

In-Game Report System:
Players could submit reports directly in-game that save to logs or notify admins when they’re online.(also show the location of the report, incase reporting of UC)

🚫 World & Zone Management

No-Build Zones:
Allow admins to mark map areas as no-placement zones.
Players can still destroy and loot inside but can’t place new structures — perfect for protecting POIs or public areas.

Adjustable PvP Zones:
Let admins define custom PvP-enabled areas with scalable sizes.
Great for controlled events like Airdrops or Battle Arenas without forcing PvP server-wide.

Soft Claim Zones:
Optional system that tracks who built in an area — not ownership locks, but a way to prevent griefing or unintentional base overlap.

Clear Area Command:
Add a radius-based cleanup command (e.g., /cleararea 50) to quickly remove abandoned or bugged structures.

🧭 Server Event Tools

Spawn Event Loot Crates:
Admins could place custom crates with rewards for community events.

Mini-Event Toggles:
Simple triggers for world events like “Zombie Rush,” “Loot Storm,” or “Power Outage” to make the world feel more dynamic.

Automatic Announcements:
Option to auto-broadcast event updates or admin messages to all players in-game.

🌍 Environmental & Gameplay Options

Map Markers & Custom Pins:
Let admins place visible map markers for POIs, safe zones, or event locations.

Safe Zones:
Option to disable zombie spawns in designated zones (useful for community hubs, markets, or roleplay areas).

Decay Timers:
Configurable decay for inactive player bases — helps manage map clutter without full wipes.

#

⚡ Server Policy & Player Retention

Wipe Policy Transparency:
Admins could mark “wipe-safe” zones or structures, or display wipe schedules clearly to players.
Helps reduce frustration and encourages long-term player investment.

Event Rewards & Recognition:
Ability to grant in-game badges, titles, or cosmetic rewards for participation in server events or milestones.

Yup. My servers only rule is dont claim POIs. Day 2 someone already claimed the gun range and destroyed every container. And idk what the deal is but it seems that utility cabinets never decay or break once the owner is no longer active. I have base decay turned on
