#Water bottle wets the cloth scrap

In MP, I placed a water bottle in truck bed that also had cloth scrap in it and it wet the entire cloth scrap.

I looked into it and there are only a couple ways this could have happened - if the vehicle went underwater, if it rained (probably this), or if you drag fluid in an inventory onto it (or use it as a towel ofc)

I think maybe it rained lightly and you didn't notice
