I like these two screenshots from different games. In one screenshot the char is also holding a lighter and the spear. It would also be great, if it gets a own attack animation.

Also you don't see the combat knife attached to this spear, that kinda sucks. I mean the spear looks great, it is just the holding is weird, because you have something small sharp in front of you, with tiny blades.
