Receiving no connections to tv after being moved and it will not connect to anything. I tried connecting it to a makeshift battery pack, the breaker box , an outlet and even a solar panel and it will not connect to it and it will not turn on

for me it works the first time then if I move it again or relog it wont ever work again. been trying to record an opening scene with it and everytime it breaks
