This started happening after the hotfix. I had no problem driving with the 0.20 launch build.

Single player.
Stable branch.

Can confirm, happens in the saved game from yesterday and new games alike.

Same, tested on brand new game to test v.0.020 impossible to drive only, brake all the time, the Blackhawk looks not impacted by this bug
