Hello.. Some thoughts from a fairly new Very Hard solo survivor.

Cleaning:
Allow players to wash themselves by lakeside without actually having to dive in and risk hyperthermia. I understand not to 100% but possibly to the 40% I was able to achieve by jumping in the water. Maybe to 20% with the use of soap. The game dropped me in the start of winter and just haven't found a way to wash the stank off other than when it rains or completely submersing myself in the freezing water. Even with fairly clean clothes I end up very smelly soon after washing up.
Or another route could be filling the sink and/or bucket with the lake water and washing by hand. It could achieve at least 40% with just the water, and more with the use of soap.

Washing:
Would be nice if we could hand wash our dirty clothing by way of lakeside or sink/bucket as well. Say to 40% with just water and 20% with detergent. Constantly swapping new clothing is pointless when you can't wash off the stank and the clothing becomes 100% dirty soon after changing into them.

Drying:
To add to the cleaning/washing process, it would be cool if by standing next to a campfire/fireplace it would dry off you and clothing much quicker. Also being able to speed up the clothes drying by placing them into the campfire/fireplace inventory, with the chance of burning the clothes if not paying attention by leaving the clothes in for too long.

Temp:
Reduce the temperature swing from outside vs inside transition. It's a little weird that I have to search around indoors in my undies in the middle of winter with snow on the ground. A cabin with no electricity, nor any heat source, would be almost as cold inside as the outside temperature. Having to disrobe/change clothes each time I go indoors, which is frequently, becomes a PITA. And having ADHD I forget most of the time and either overheat, or freeze before I notice.

Other than those few things I've been enjoying the survival mechanics. Nice job.

Some really good suggestions there - the whole 'keeping clean' thing also (I think) needs better explanation as to what happens if you walk around in wet clothes for too long (assumption = you get sick?) and the most efficient way to do this (assumption = strip before taking shower or bath, wash clothes whilst this is being done?)

Now that I've played a bit more, I realize you can find/craft solar panels to power the washer/dryer to clean clothes.

I didn't know about the panels! But I still love the idea of cleaning in fresh water. I mean people bathed in rivers and lakes for thousands of years. Blood comes out of clothes with cold water extremely well and it is absolutely possible to line dry AND have a boost from the fire. We used to do that in scouts on a week long trip. However we boiled the water then let it cool kinda and then washed.

The temperature inside most houses is fixed, probably because they do not have any heating installed, to help in this phase of development. If you want to experience realistic temperatures you can find a house with those gas tanks, those will not stay at a constant temperature. You might need to toggle one radiator inside on-off frequently, because temperature will not sync otherwise
