They even spawn inside the UC. if there are nearby cars, keys will spawn in the usual nearby containers (washer/dryers, sinks, etc.) I kept coming back online to find more and more keys and wondering what the heck is going on 🤣

I guess if the game sees a nearby car with no key it makes a new one and hides it in a nearby container?
