It would be soooo cool if a server admin was able to upload some .mp4's to a directory on the server, and those .mp4s could appear as DVDs in the loot, the DVD title could simply be the filename.

Same with sprays, a la Counter-Strike, the players could use custom sprays but only ones added to a server.

Yes. Custom spray paint decals would be fun, just have black-and-white .jpg files or something to pull from

Jpg wouldn't work, but png or svg would.
