Thus far spawning or logging into the world while inside the cave seems to be placing players under the cave in the abyss ocean.

Update. Vehicles have a chance of falling through the cave floor into the abyss ocean.
An SUV seems to have fallen through the cave floor during respawning/loading into the world/cave.
going to test another vehicle. It doesnt seem guaranteed.
However. The player in the screenshot has been informing me that after resting on the sleeping bag in the cave, and then dieing and respawning on the bag the game has been loading him under the cave in the abyss.
Thus far it has happened to me once in a server login, but not consistently enough to get a recording 😦

update. Logging in again.
Nandz spawned under the cave in the abyss with the truck right on top of him which was also under the cave, when u moved, the truck dropped into the abyss according to Nandz,
I loaded into the cave normally, but the truck wasnt there. I tried to admin myself under to catch the truck, but i didnt see it under either.
Nandz plans to move out of the cave i believe.

Update. So it seems to happen most when, no players are in the area of the cave, then freshly loading into that area forces players and vehicles whom suddenly spawn in that cave to appear under the map.
But if a player is already in the cave when a player spawns/loads into cave. it seems ok.
Just when im guessing the area of the map has loaded out, then everything loads in or somthing. anyways. here is a video of me freshly loading into the cave after no one has been there for a min.
the vehicles fell through as well.

Update. So the player decided not to move after all. I dont blame. Its a cool base location.
After living there for a few days testing and experimenting. I believe I have come up with a solution.
Thus far seem to be working.
The Players and vehicles are no longer falling into the abyss. Can log out and respawn in the cave along with parking your ride there.
