Streetlights are on if its night and I save load after power is out, it seems like they don't turn back on if I don't load for multiple day-night cycles

nooo...i mean...are they? I cant tell what's a bug or intended sometimes so maybe things are fine but I swear the 1st night after power died I had no lights go up and no Frame plummets as a result and im pretty darn sure when I went back in to play and did a couple more cycles of d/n they were non functional, but now im seriously doubting myself lol
