It would be nice if when building items (such as a section of fence), that once the item is selected and placed that the item remain selected until you hit ESC (without have to re-open the build menu and re-select the item). Would make building walls/fences much less tedious. Also as a side note - seems that 'snapping' does work with fence sections and only sometimes works with gates/doors/windows..
