Items sometimes bug out when looting

I do not mean items themselves bug out per say, I'm referring to their name still shows up in the container I'm looting until I get out of the container then go back inside it. The item still goes into my inventory so that part is good but I've noticed upon looting & taking the item while in the container the first time it still sometimes shows me the name of the thing I am trying to take to my inventory until i leave it & go back inside it then the name will be gone.

In the list, or as a selected item?

I either click loot all (h) or I left shift click an item to go into my intentory the name of the item/weapon sometimes stays there until i leave the container then loot it again to see if the name is there & its not.

But like in the container list? Or is a selected item sticky?
