there is no mob spawning feature in pnx out of the box. Mobs can be spawned only with MobPlugin installed, check my mobplugin for PNX v2 in #1217863992609996991

I get the same error, and I have a copy of MobPlugin-1.26.3-PNX.jar in both the /libs and /plugins folders
