What are the rules on superfast? I haven't played one before. For example, do we wait on strategy cards to resolve, Sabos to be declared? What about if player A wants to wait for player B to respond regarding a transaction before player A takes their turn
I'm fairly free today & I wfh so I can play pretty quick through the week.
