I like it better than milty. Adds an extra pick to the draft and helps prevent weird maps with missing or adjacent wormhole tiles and bunched up anomalies.

Ive only done it once. I missed the fact that speaker pick and the position on the map aren’t the same so be aware of that

Once you see it, it makes sense. But like magic turtle said you pick your seat position and speaker order separately.
