I'm playing Nomad, and I trade future uses of The Cavalry. Sol often trades future Military Supports, Mentak future Pillage dodges, Yssaril future Mageon skips, etc.

Because people will set it to 1 billion and explode map generation.
It may already be capped in some way, I haven't checked the code. I just know a "revenge" debt pool will have lots of players having "fun" amounts of debt.
