Would it be possible to add a command that let's you place a token (I.E. Cabal DT token) under any structure? I'm playtesting a faction that needs tokens under structures and I can't find one that does what I want.

I've been trying to think of a way for you to handle this in the meantime but I'm coming up short. I don't think we have anything in place to support this yet.
