With cards like extreme duress (forcing to play strat card) and Sol military support being rater important window, which if missed it changes a hell lot, possibly changing entire round of players there should be a way to preplay those cards so when another player starts round he immediately gets notified about those components being played or not.

This could also work with trading, with trade offers having option of being automatically sent at start of X player round.
This also helps with deals you want to do especially after some other player round so they don't know it.
