Nekro Hero giving twilight Fall abilities instead of Tech

Currently playing Nekro Virus in a Base+PoK game. Just used the Nekro Hero on Mehar Xull (red Tech skip).

Instead of finding a tech, it popped up the Draw Ability button, and gave me a Twilights Fall ability instead.
