For me, it just means it’s alright if your turn takes a little longer than usual. Not trying to get everyone to take (for example) 4 turns a day.
I think in a lot of these posts people just put it to mean “we’re chill”. I don’t know of any standard way to post looking for games. (I’m relatively new too 🙂 )
