I haven't tried with minor yet. Someone told me they can be drafted but not sure how it is configured.

They start with 3 or 4 infantry?

I guess will see, when you take the planet, youn get their alliance and an explore so something to aim for other than MR.

Might help some slower fighty factions that can never win the MR race.
