(bug) Franken. Getting too many components.

Hello, I've noticed this once before, but this time I was on the receiving end of it.

When I was at 30/31 components drafted, and only missing 1 flagship, I was passed a bag with 2 flagships in it.

The bot then prompted me to pick both flagships in the bag, putting my total drafted components to 32/31. And later breaking the draft bot, when it could not locate the last component for someone else, due to this.

Once before I've seen it happen with flagships. I don't know if it's unique to flagships, or if it a general issue if you're in that specific situation.

I quite dislike testing franken. It's a rather involved process for a single person to do. However I have made a slight tweak to the logic which should fix the issue (untested if it actually does).

After everyones ready to swap, /franken franken_edit edit_action: forceSwap may work

Worst comes to worse, picking from what ya currently have isnt too bad if there's only 1-2 small errors
