How new are you? If you're just figuring out the async side of things, but are familiar with the game you're fine. If you are new to the game entirely, you'll probably be at a disadvantage. Up to you

I personally encourage people to create their own games if the time zones are too far apart. It’s not terribly hard to do - there’s a guide that walks you through it and people are generally very helpful to new creators.

There is a good overlap in your active hours that is in our morning time that I think is very doable.

That would be 2200-1400 EST. So pretty much no play in the evenings.
I guess it would depend on when everyone else is mostly active too. I'm pretty flexible with that. I'm active 0800-2300 EST typically
My other games are more active in the evening so that might actually be good

I think I’m inclined to bow out because those hours of non playing time for me would be 11:00-19:00, which has a lot of prime playing time for me.
But I can also create my own game - so i can make something else work.
