Had the same thing happen, though I didn't click "Done allocating CC's" from getting them in explores

Happened in 2 of my games as well. The bot did not recognize that the previous player's turn had ended

Yeah, there's a bit of bot amnesia going on due to it crashing occasionally (memory issue)

I'd recommend using show_map to check that everything is as you left it at the end of your turn the use the slash command to end your turn
