Say Naalu owes debt to Winnu, but they are not neighbours. Empyrean, however, is neighbours with both. Would it be possible for Empyrean to propose a transaction that:
- Has Naalu send a TG to Empyrean;
- Clears the Naalu debt to Winnu; and
- Generates an Empyrean debt to Winnu.
Then, Empyrean can later send a TG to Winnu and clear the newly created debt.
