#problem with the Naalu flagship/fighters on planets (in fow)

The bot seems to have a problem with fighters on the ground at the moment. As soon as fighters are on a planet the bot doesn't show the units in the system anymore. idk if it's only a problem in fow but I have seen it in fow130 and fow216
