You can find a game without TIGL if you are looking for unranked games. If you mean a ranked game to rank up, then usually they will be titled something like "TIGL rank up game - to minister" Ranks are unranked - minister (win an unranked game) - agent (win a game of all minister minimum rank) - commander (win a game of all agent minimum rank)
That should make 6 with kbc, chirisophus, and two angry figs in the mix
