A bit of homebrew rules.
4 secrets, 4 stage 1 public objectives, 4 stage 2 public objectives.
Normal game would be 3/5/5

Oh and milty is a popular way to pick factions and build the map.

Snake draft between a small random faction pool, a set of semi random "slices" for by your home, and round 1 speaker order.

So the intent is if you pick the strongest faction or best tiles, you'll probably have the worst of the other two choices
