Could we, possibly controlled by user settings, when a player becomes a neighbor and/or arrive as neighbors due to the agenda phase and they owe the other player a debt, the debtor would receive a notif to remind them to pay it back. I've nearly missed paying back debts a few times now since switching to playing on Async because of forgetting a few days after the negotiation occurs.
