Would it be possible for the Winnu hero to allow the active player to select which other players get to follow the chosen SC, in the same way as with Trade and refreshes? If the active player selects a faction, it could just print a text that states the chosen faction can follow the SC if they want.
If someone tries to follow the SC without having been given permission in the SC thread, the bot should state that they're not allowed without permission from the active player.
