Promise of Protection not going into play area

I don’t know if it’s user error, but a player from a game I’m in has tried the /play on command and component action button and both ways the PN has gone back to the Mentak Player

I just quickly tested this by hitting the "play PoP" button in Cards Info and it appears to have worked
