Hey nerds!

Making a game to teach my dear @upbeat trellis how to TI4!

I could use a few more caring souls to help me. It'll be a 10 point milti game with curated faction selection and chill vibes. I prefer a moderately quick game, so I'll set a 12-hour ping or something, but otherwise, just patience and love as we're teaching a newbie ^^

It's mostly clarifications, but it changes a few movement rules, mostly ones which would affect Argent, L1Z1X, and Mahact's heroes (in Argent's case, for example, it would let them transport ground forces from locked-down systems using their hero)
