I've been wanting to try the 4/4/4 Ti Variant for a while, I think it's best played to 12pt but I'm open to suggestions. Looking for a decently fast pace game. US time zones preferred.
I'm leaning towards a standard 7/7 Milty draft but I'm open to feedback.

Glad to have you. The us time zones isn't a hard and fast rule. I just find it makes things a little smoother.

4 stage 1 objectives, 4 stage 2 objectives, and up to 4 secrets instead of 3
Basically a small shake-up from the usual point meta

Or ends up being similar but with faster scoring tempo?

I also don't know if 12pt is the ideal target but I've heard it's recommended for 4/4/4 over 10pt

I've done 4/4/4 once before. Yes to faster.
I think they mostly recommend 12 because 4+4+4 = 12
