hello, if you get a cosmetic that you already own (in this case, a wear and tear), is there a way to sell it?

No, you just leave them unclaimed in the pass and your BP tokens will convert to 6 Intel per token after the pass ends.

But if you are ftp you can't leave them unclaimed to reach the last page i guess...

How simple would it be to convert allready owned paint to maybe 5k Salvage.
