#Mastery Progression Idea

As a sub-continuation to https://discord.com/channels/941368722860417105/1473493560434364548 , Mastery Progression would be a Sub-form of progression to replace the level system for weapons, gear, parts, titans, etc.

  • What is Mastery Progression?

Think of it like how Call of duty does their camo challenges. Do a certian task with the weapon you are using, you earn a camo for that weapon (or all other weapons) upon completion.

Mastery Challenges are to have a similar format to that. But challenges will vary based on the weapon, part, gear, etc.

Examples:

Punisher:

Beginner Challenge: Deal 6 million damage.
Reward: Punisher Decal

Advanced Challenge: Obtain 40 kills
Reward: Lead Silver Paint

Master Challenge: Obtain 100 kills.
Reward: Electric Lead Animated Wrap

Ravana War Robot (this is a special challenge if the player is using the 1:1 War Robot):

Beginner Challenge: Walk a total of 2,000 Meters (this does include using fuel)
Reward: Ravana Decal

Advanced Challenge: Absorb a total of 1 million damage (excluding shield damage)
Reward: Red Sheild paint

Mastery Challenge: Give 70 players damage resistance using your ability.
Reward: Ravana Color Scheme Wrap

Ghost Turret:

Beginner Challenge: Deploy Ghost Turret 10 Times (Total)
Reward: Ghost Turret Sticker

Advanced Challenge: Deal a total of 1 Million damage to enemies using Ghost Turret
Reward: Ghouly Blue Wrap

Master Challenge: Get 10 kills from Ghost Turret
Reward: Testing. Animated Wrap.

This idea is aimed to introduce a new form of progression that rewards players more with playing how they want and being rewarded in the process.

The game really needs more long term goals.
Right now it's kind of just; wait for the next intel sale, and max something else new.

I've had a full max level hanger for some time now, and I can't be the only one.
